Once I reply, please give me the rest of the details for your piece! Specific information I need is listed in the "Contact me!" section of this site.

Please be as detailed about your vision as you can be! I will do what I can to bring your idea to life in the most accurate way possible.

If I accept your commission request, I will send you a Paypal invoice, or payment will be made through Ko-fi! You do not need a Paypal account to accept an invoice.

Once your piece(s) are complete, I will email you the high quality files with a transparent background, a white background, and/or any other requested background.

Still art will be a .PNG file, with 300 dpi resolution (pixel measurements may vary). Animations will be sent as .GIF files, and resolution / pixel measurements may vary.

I will send you a (watermarked) sketch once it is made, and your feedback is highly encouraged at this stage! Major changes after this stage may cost extra, and are more difficult to implement.

Reading my Terms of Service below is a must. Please be aware of the services I provide and how I navigate them. I will happily discuss any further questions you may have!

All prices are listed in $CAD, and all payments will be processed as such. Please keep conversions in mind. I am not responsible for miscalculations of your expected final price

At any point in time during the commission process, I reserve the right to deny your request, for any reason

You may request a refund at any point of the process. If the piece is near completion, I cannot guarantee a refund. The amount returned will be discussed based on the present circumstances

Payment is always required before I begin your piece

By default, any commission I do may be used as a commission example, for my portfolio, or posted on my social media. Please inform me as soon as possible if you do not want me to post it publicly

Characters with notably detailed and/or complex designs may be simplified to work with my style

Depending on the complexity of the character(s), there may be an extra $2-$5 fee. This will be discussed with the client before payment is made

Simple backgrounds (including pride flags, flat colour, and a simple pattern) are always free

Please inquire about detailed or scenic backgrounds, as this will notably add to your fee. This will be discussed with the client before payment is made

The time it takes to complete a commission will vary due to external factors in my personal life (art university, work, other commissions, etc.). A rough estimate will always be discussed with the client before payment is made

If a due date for a piece is necessary, please communicate this with me before payment, and we will discuss possibilities surrounding my ability to complete the work by that date

On average, approximately one month at most is needed to complete a piece. As mentioned, this may vary and will be discussed with the client

I do not allow my work to be used commercially. Personal use both on and off of social media is allowed. If you intend to use my work for commercial gain, you must inform me of this before payment is made, and it will be discussed with the client as necessary

Do not remove or adjust my watermark. Proper credit must be given to me with personal use of your commissioned work

Cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or any form of crypto media is strictly off limits, in any circumstance. I do not allow my work to be used for NFTs, and I do not accept cryptocurrency as payment. This is non-negotiable

You may edit your commissioned work after you have received it, as long as proper credit is given where necessary. The same conditions apply for another artist finishing a sketch commission

Price goes for each character drawn, unless stated otherwise

Being nitpicky or detailed with your requests is encouraged! I will try my best to work within your requests and make it accurate to your vision

Custom designs may be edited / changed however you like after they are given to you

Custom designs may be sold, but they must be sold for the price you bought them for at the minimum

Asking for updates at any stage or time is always encouraged! Major changes after the sketching stage may require an extra fee depending on the severity of these edits. If I am unable to complete these changes without entirely redoing the piece, I may deny your request, and a refund / separate commission will be discussed

If I believe a commission may take longer than previously thought, I will message the client as soon as possible
