Once we're sorted, 50% payment will be made up-front, either through PayPal or Ko-fi!

I'll send you a sketch, and you can ask for as many changes as you want!

Once you're happy with the sketch, I'll work on completing the piece, and send you updates along the way!

When it's complete, I'll send you the finished files through whichever platform you prefer (Instagram, email, etc.)! You can request files in any image or video format.

Reading my Terms of Service below is a must. Please be aware of the services I provide and how I navigate them.

All prices are listed in $CAD, and all payments will be processed as such. Please keep conversions in mind!

50% payment is required up-front for me to begin your request. The other 50% will be processed once the work is complete!

At any point in time during the commission process, I reserve the right to deny your request, for any reason.

You may request a refund at any point of the process. If the piece is near completion, I cannot guarantee a full refund. The amount returned will be decided alongside you based on circumstances.

By default, any commission I do may be used as a commission example, for my portfolio, or posted on my social media. If you do not want this, please let me know!

Simple backgrounds (including pride flags, flat colour, and a simple pattern) are always free!

Please ask about detailed or scenic backgrounds, as this will notably add to your fee. This will be discussed with the client before payment is made.

On average, approximately one month at most is needed to complete a piece. This may vary due to life circumstances, but I will always keep the client updated and informed!

If a due date for a piece is necessary, please communicate this with me before payment, and we will talk it through!

I do not allow my work to be used commercially. Personal use both on and off of social media is allowed. If you intend to use my work for commercial gain, you must inform me of this before payment is made, and it will be discussed with the client as necessary.

Do not remove or adjust my watermark. Proper credit must be given to me with personal use of your commissioned work.

Cryptocurrencies, NFTs, or any form of crypto media is strictly off limits, in any circumstance. This is non-negotiable.

You may edit your commissioned work after you have received it, as long as proper credit is given for the original piece.

Price goes for each character drawn, unless stated otherwise.

Being nitpicky or detailed with your requests is encouraged! I will try my best to work within your requests and make it accurate to your vision.

Custom designs may be edited / changed however you like after they are given to you. Reselling is discouraged.

Asking for updates at any stage or time is always encouraged! Major changes after the sketching stage may require an extra fee depending on the severity of these edits.
